We need 2 End to End Recruitment Specialists to join our firm as soon as possible.The role will be responsible for conducting Recruitment from:Understand the Job RequirementsPosting the Job on all available platformsConducting Active and Passive SourcingReviewing/Screening Candidate ProfilesConducting Interviews (phone, online)Creating and Sending Interview Summaries/EndorsementsFollowing Through the Process up to Client Interviews/ExamsAssisting the Candidate to ensure selected ones push through onboarding with clientsTo qualify, you must be:A recruiter with at least 3 years of experience hiring for Corporate and Technical/IT RolesWilling and Able to work remotely, preferrably with his/her own laptop/desktop alreadyComing with working knowledge on Job Boards such as LinkedInFoundIt/MonsterJobstreetManatal (preferred)IndeedFacebook/Social MediaGood to received the publish salary with unlimited commissions based on performanceIdeally coming from a recruitment agency/firmPreferably have worked with start ups or small companiesSuccessful candidates will enjoy:Working remotely 100%Regular Working Schedule (Mon to Fri, 9 AM)Quarterly Team Building TravelHMO upon regularizationVacation and Sick Leave CreditsScorecard BonusAnnual Increase based on performanceUnlimited Commissions based on performance
