Requirements and responsibilities


Key Responsibilities: - Answer inbound customer calls in a professional, courteous, and timely manner. - Assist clients with questions about services, pricing, and appointment availability. - Schedule service calls and dispatch technicians based on established workflows and availability. - Accurately enter and update customer and job information in our field management software (training provided). - Maintain clear communication with the team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently. - Handle basic customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary. Requirements: - Fluent in English (both spoken and written). - Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a similar role. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Reliable high-speed internet connection. - High-quality microphone or headset for clear communication. - Ability to work Wednesday–Sunday, 11 AM–9 PM EST consistently.
