This role includes assessing each student’s starting point, creating personalized study plans, teaching core concepts and test strategies, and helping students build accuracy, pacing, and confidence leading up to test day. Ideal candidates have a strong GMAT score (typically 90th percentile+), prior tutoring or teaching experience, and a clear, structured approach to breaking down complex problems.
