Whether it’s identifying inefficiencies, improving workflows, or leveraging AI to streamline care delivery, your work will make a measurable impact.If you’re excited about leveraging data to innovate and thrive in a healthcare technology environment, this role is for you.What You’ll Do Key ResponsibilitiesData Management: Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources.Analysis: Perform statistical analyses and generate actionable insights from healthcare data.Visualization: Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.Collaboration: Work with product, engineering, and clinical teams to define data requirements and deliver solutions.Data Quality: Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data by implementing best practices for validation and maintenance.Machine Learning (Developing): Develop and apply basic machine learning models to identify patterns and predict outcomes.RequiredEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a data-focused role (internship experience included).Skills:Proficiency in SQL and Python or R for data analysis.Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Basic understanding of statistical methods and predictive modeling.Knowledge of healthcare datasets or standards (e.g., FHIR, ICD-10) is a plus.Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.Work Location RequirementThis is a remote U.S.-based position. Employees must perform all work physically within the United States. International work is not permitted during scheduled work hours.Work Environment This is a remote position and may be “on camera” at any time. (NO built-in mics)Internet Speed: Meet minimum internet speed requirements (100 MBPS download speed and 50 MBPS upload speed). Must have an ethernet cable connecting computer directly into router.Browser and System: Use Google Chrome with Amazon Workspaces (regardless of computer type).Webcam: A webcam is required for video calls. Most laptops have a built-in webcam, which is acceptable.
