Within this system, you and the dev team will be responsible for building and maintaining client-facing components. What’s most important is that you love your work, respect the team and don’t lose your sense of humor along the way.Responsibilities:Scale our system to meet increasing global demandMeet regulatory compliance requirements in new regional marketsProductionalize and roll-out new market-validated featuresQualifications:3 to 6 years of working experience on a development team.Proficient in Java while comfortable with adopting new technologies.Experience delivering reliable, high-performance REST APIs.Strong interest in database & query performance tuning.Experience with Snowflake.Good understanding of scrum/agile development methodologies.Experienced with code reviews, service ownership, fully automated testing, micro-services, and rapid/continuous releases.Experience working with AWS or equivalent.Comfortable with being on-call for support and interacting directly with clients if neededExperience mentoring junior developers.Aptitude for learning new things quickly and the confidence and humility to ask clarifying questions.Proactive, self-motivated, transparent, accountable, and communicative.Supportive in building a positive and inclusive work culture.WHY WORK WITH USThe BlueMatrix team is made up of ambitious and passionate people who have turned technology development and client service into an art.
