We're looking for a senior engineer who has built production-grade copilots and agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio — not just explored the platform, but shipped real solutions for enterprise clients.This is a hands-on, client-facing delivery role. You'll be the technical owner on Copilot Studio engagements: scoping, building, integrating, and handing off working solutions end to end.What the work looks like:Designing and deploying custom copilots and AI agents using Copilot Studio and the M365 extensibility frameworkBuilding and maintaining Power Platform solutions (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)Developing custom connectors and APIs to connect copilots to enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, SharePoint)Working directly with client stakeholders to scope requirements and present solutionsTuning copilot performance — prompt design, topic structure, conversation flowWhat you bring:5+ years of software engineering experience, with recent production Copilot Studio workHands-on experience with Power Platform and Microsoft 365 extensibility (Teams apps, Graph API)Experience integrating enterprise systems via REST APIs, custom connectors, or DataversePrior consulting or professional services delivery experienceComfort presenting and defending technical decisions directly to client stakeholdersBonus: familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or the broader Azure data stack.If you've built something real on this stack and want to work on enterprise AI solutions that actually ship — we want to talk.
