Manage social media content for our shoe e-commerce brand.Develop content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.Plan and organize weekly and monthly content calendars.Create engaging content ideas that attract and grow our target audience.Write captions, hooks, and calls to action for social media content.Research trends, competitors, audiences, and relevant topics.Monitor content performance and identify opportunities for improvement.Help develop campaigns for products, promotions, and launches.Collaborate with the graphic designer, video editor, copywriter, web designer, and marketing team.Engage with followers and help build a strong online community.Test different content formats, topics, hooks, and creative approaches.Make improvements based on analytics, feedback, and campaign performance.Stay updated with relevant social media trends and platform changes.RequirementsStrong understanding of social media platforms and content.Strong communication and organizational skills.Excellent written English.Ability to identify trends and turn them into content ideas.Strong understanding of social media growth principles.Ability to write engaging captions and hooks.Ability to understand a specific target audience.Ability to take feedback and make revisions.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Portfolio RequirementProfessional experience isn't required, but you must show examples of your social media work.
