We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with 3-6 years of experience to own and scale dynama's AI-native prospecting and outreach platform as the company changes the $20B+ CPG brokerage market. We want an engineer with strong product sense who has owned an end-to-end platform at a startup or within a larger org, and who wants to act like an owner. You'll report to the CTO, run product and tech for the platform, and work closely with the co-founders. In time, this person could step into the CTO seat. It's a committed, high-intensity role that comes with ownership-level equity (2-5%).What will you be doing?
Owning the dynama platform end to end, from prospecting and outreach to order tracking and reorder workflows as it expands
Getting feedback from the salespeople who use the platform every day and sit next to you, then quickly turning it into product improvements
Shipping fast with agentic coding tools like Cursor and Devin, across the frontend, backend and data layers
Designing clean data models from messy real-world retail data, and building API integrations with third-party systems like ERPs
Working directly with the co-founders to set the product roadmap and eventually helping lead the engineering org
