We’re eliminating this burden so teams can focus on their core mission. We’re the largest and fastest-growing AI-native tax solution. Started in 2023, Numeral has raised over $57M from Benchmark, Mayfield, Y-Combinator, and many others. Our mission is to eliminate the administrative and accounting burdens that distract businesses from doing what they love. We’ve already helped thousands of businesses avoid the headache of building giant finance teams just to manage tax compliance. Tomorrow, we’re scaling that impact even further: building the automation layer that lets internet businesses stay nimble, compliant, and future-proof.About the roleNumeral's accounting partner channel spans every size of firm from large regional and national practices down to the thousands of small and mid-market firms, bookkeepers, and outsourced CFO/CAS providers who work hands-on with the growing businesses Numeral serves every day. We're hiring a Partner Alliance Manager, Accounting to own and scale this broader end of the channel: a role built for someone creative and dynamic who wants to build a high-volume engine from scratch, not inherit one that's already running. You'll manage a high-volume portfolio of mid-market and emerging accounting firms, bookkeeping practices, and CAS/outsourced CFO providers, recruiting and onboarding new partners, enabling them to spot sales tax and VAT exposure, and turning the channel into a consistent, growing source of referrals. This is a great role for a driven go-getter who's hungry to make a visible impact at the volume and pace Numeral moves at, and who wants to build real ownership over a partner channel and grow into a more senior partnerships or alliance-management career at a fast-growing company. What you’ll doOwn and manage a high-volume portfolio of mid-market and emerging accounting firm, bookkeeping, and CAS/outsourced CFO partnersRecruit and onboard new partners into Numeral's accounting channel, guiding them from first conversation through activation and their first referralDesign and run scaled enablement (trainings, webinars, and playbooks) that help partner teams confidently identify and refer sales tax and VAT exposureTrack and manage partner and referral activity in Salesforce (or a similar CRM) and PRM, following up consistently to keep partners engaged and deals movingSupport partner marketing initiatives (co-branded content, newsletters, and webinars) that keep Numeral top of mind across the channelRun regular check-ins with partners to nurture the relationship, answer questions, and identify opportunities to grow referral volumePartner with the senior accounting partnerships team and Sales to escalate larger opportunities and share what's working across the channelMonitor channel health metrics (referral volume, partner activation, and engagement) and report on channel performanceWhat you’ll bring2-4+ years of experience in partnerships, channel management, business development, or sales, ideally in Accounting channelExposure to, or genuine interest in, the accounting, bookkeeping, or advisory industryComfort managing a large volume of relationships and prioritizing effectively across a broad portfolioStrong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust quickly across a range of partner profilesA process-oriented, organized approach to managing pipeline, follow-ups, and reportingA self-starter mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment where process is still evolvingWillingness to travel for partner events and conferencesEven BetterPrior experience at a bookkeeping, CAS, or outsourced accounting firmFamiliarity with sales tax, VAT, or the broader indirect tax and compliance technology landscapeWhat we offerCompetitive salary and equity - you'll share directly in the company's successFull medical, dental, and vision coverageWellness perks like Headspace and the Peloton One App401(k) to help you build long-term financial securityLunch and snacks when you're in the officeRegular team offsites and company events as we growA culture built on ownership - your work matters and people will see it!Compensation Range: $170K - $205K
