🌟 Who We Are
Embrace Ecommerce is a full-service Amazon and e-retail agency. We partner with brands to unlock growth across Seller Central, Vendor Central, and platforms like Walmart.com and Target.com - combining advertising, catalog strategy, creative, and marketplace expansion under one roof.
Our clients range from fast-growing mid-market brands to household enterprise names
We are small, senior, and deliberately lean
Every person here owns real outcomes, and the work you do is visible to the client and to leadership
We are growing - this role has a clear path to Senior Brand Manager and beyond
Requirements:
We're looking for a Brand Manager who can do two things exceptionally well: run Amazon advertising with their own hands, and sit in front of a client and explain what's happening and why. The second one is the harder skill, and it's the one that matters most here.
5+ years managing Amazon accounts, with substantial hands-on time in Amazon Advertising
Direct, current experience building and optimizing Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns - not just reviewing them
Agency experience, or in-house experience managing multiple brands simultaneously
Strong professional English, written and spoken - you will lead live calls and present performance to US enterprise clients; comfortable and clear speaking on camera in real time, handling unscripted questions, and writing client-ready communication without review (assessed directly through a live conversation in the interview process)
Proven ability to work effectively with AI tools - we use AI throughout our workflow (Claude and comparable tools) for analysis, reporting, research, and drafting; you should already be using AI to move faster and produce better work, and be able to show us how
Deep working knowledge of Seller Central and/or Vendor Central
Strong analytical ability - comfortable in Excel or Sheets, able to build a narrative out of a messy data pull
Track record you can speak to with real numbers
Availability to work a full US business day, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time
Strongly preferred:
Experience with PPC automation platforms such as Pacvue, Skai, Perpetua, or similar
Experience with Amazon DSP
Experience with Vendor Central specifically
Experience on other retailers — Walmart.com, Target.com, or comparable marketplaces
Experience presenting to enterprise stakeholders
❗️This is not an entry-level Amazon role. Not a pure execution or bid-management role - you own the client relationship. Not a pure account management role - you must be genuinely operational in the ad console.
Responsibilities:
🤝 Client Ownership
Serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts, including director- and VP-level stakeholders at enterprise brands
Lead recurring calls, monthly performance reviews, and quarterly business reviews
Build and present decks that connect Amazon performance to the client's business outcomes
Manage expectations proactively - flag risks before they become escalations
Keep clients informed on new Amazon features, beta programs, and platform changes relevant to their business
📈 Advertising Strategy & Execution
Own advertising strategy and performance across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
Execute directly in-console on smaller-budget accounts; direct PPC and DSP specialists on larger ones
Build and maintain campaign architecture, keyword strategy, negative sculpting, and budget pacing
Configure and manage automation rules; know when to override them
Diagnose performance shifts and articulate the cause, not just the number
🛒 Holistic Account Health
Own the full Amazon picture for your accounts - advertising, catalog, organic rank, inventory, and account health
Monitor inventory levels and flag stockout risk before it kills momentum
Partner with our catalog and creative teams on listing optimization, A+ content, and imagery
Troubleshoot suspensions, listing removals, buy box loss, and other Seller Central issues
Identify growth opportunities and bring them to the client proactively
📊 Reporting & Analysis
Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting across your portfolio
Analyze sales growth, TACoS, ROAS, share of voice, conversion rate, and organic rank movement
Maintain reporting accuracy and consistency across internal dashboards and client-facing reports
👥 Internal Collaboration
Direct and give clear feedback to PPC, DSP, creative, and catalog specialists supporting your accounts
Translate client priorities into specific internal direction
Contribute to how we improve our processes as we scale
How PPC Works Here
On smaller accounts with lighter ad budgets, you are hands-on. You'll build campaign architecture, harvest keywords, sculpt negatives, and manage budget pacing yourself. We run two different PPC automation platforms, Smart Scout, and a full AI tool suite - so the repetitive bid work is handled and your time goes to judgment calls, not busywork.
On larger accounts, you'll have dedicated PPC and DSP specialists supporting you. There, your job shifts to setting strategy, auditing execution, and directing the specialists. You're still expected to know the account well enough to catch a problem before the specialist raises it.
You need to be able to move between both modes comfortably. If you've only ever directed other people's campaigns, this isn't the right fit. If you've only ever executed and never presented to a client, it isn't either.
Approximate Time Allocation
50–60% — Client communication, reporting, deck building, and strategic planning
30–35% — Hands-on PPC execution and campaign oversight
10–15% — Catalog, account health, and cross-functional coordination
You'll own a portfolio of no more than five accounts directly. That cap is deliberate. We'd rather you go deep on five brands than spread thin across fifteen.
Working terms:
Location & Schedule
Fully Remote (Latin America preferred)
Full Time — full US business day, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday
Reports to: Head of Key Accounts
Compensation & Incentive
Base: TBD, depending on experience
Performance Incentive: Target of up to 30% of annual base, tied to measurable outcomes across client retention, account performance against agreed targets, portfolio growth, and client satisfaction. Specific metrics and weightings are set with you and refined as the role develops; the first payout period follows the completion of your initial six months
Also included:
∙ Paid leave allowance
∙ US holiday schedule
∙ Fully remote work
∙ Direct access to leadership
Why This Role
We are a growing agency, and this is a role with room. Our path runs Brand Manager → Senior Brand Manager → Head of Client Services, and we promote from within. You will work closely with the founder and the Head of Key Accounts, and you'll have visible ownership of accounts that matter.
If you're an experienced Amazon operator who is strong in the console and strong in the room, and you're tired of being boxed into one of them, we'd like to talk.
