We believe that there is a huge pool of talent outside of the US with our objective being gather these talented individuals and correctly match them with excellent work opportunities based on their core competencies, skill sets, and overall experience and exposure in the different areas of audit, accounting, and similar financial-related or operational areas. As a Senior Audit Associate, you will serve various clients and handle the preparation of supporting work through all phases of the audit process as per standard operating procedures. You will be expected to assist with technical support to managers on complex projects as required.ResponsibilitiesActively maintain the firm’s core values and service standards.Research and analyze financial statement issues utilizing various electronic sources and softwareContribute to the auditing workflow by researching and using planning skills to identify, analyze and articulate problems and opportunities and propose solutions to client issuesMaintain positive, professional relationships with clientsCarry moderately complex tasks through to completionMaintain understanding of all relevant computer software applications and how they might best be used to promote efficient use of timeObtain understanding of the economics of job performance and Firm operation by reviewing and working within budgets and billing constraintsParticipation in professional and business organizations as requestedParticipation in client development and marketing efforts as neededAdhere to the Firm’s quality control standardsAdhere to a high standard of independence and integrityQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field; CPAs preferred but not requiredConstruction Industry Experience RequiredWith exposure to working with US-based firmsAbility to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicalsFluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).Experience using various Accounting and Bookkeeping tools and software.Strong written and verbal communication skills. Keen attention to detail. Data-driven and results-oriented.
