🚀 Objectives of the position. ⚡ People Operation will be the person in charge of searching, attracting, evaluating and recruiting qualified candidates for the various positions and levels of the organization, whether for new or existing positions. ⚡People Operation's responsibilities include developing long-term hiring plans, advertising our open positions, and searching for internal and external candidates. 🚀 Responsibilities. ⚡Develop talent acquisition strategies to build strong channels for companies hiring needs. ⚡Ensure that our hiring, constitution and management procedures are effective for various groups. ⚡Supervise all stages of contracting, from supply to incorporation. ⚡Post open positions on various channels, including job boards, career social media, and our careers page. ⚡Coordinate our internal and external hiring process. ⚡Review CV and application forms based on essential criteria. ⚡ Interview candidates by video and select the best candidates who meet the requirements of the position and the culture of Vozy. ⚡ Schedule the technical tests of the charges they require. ⚡Schedule interviews of shortlisted candidates with their immediate leaders. ⚡ Track key hiring metrics like time to hire and source of hire. ⚡ Communicate with potential candidates and build relationships for future job opportunities (for example, via LinkedIn or email). ⚡ Liaise with leaders to forecast staffing needs. ⚡ Organize or participate in job fairs. ⚡Promote our company as a great place to work. ⚡Request, verify and file all staff hiring documentation by organizing it in Bamboo.
