Responsibilities

We are looking for a person to be the spirit that listens, gels, catalyzes, and stewards our wonderful Crystal community. As the Crystal Community Manager, you would work with our Communications Lead to define and implement strategies to grow and unleash the potential of Crystal's contributors, users, and fans. You would do so by participating in all Crystal channels, bridging the community needs and feedback with the core team, and constantly communicating the plans and news. You will also lead the relationships with sponsors and present on online and live events. 🚀 We are looking for candidates who have: - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Had a major role leading and communicating with a large and technically complex open-source community. - Designed and built community initiatives. - Have handled heated online conversations with kindness, respect and good conflict resolution skills. - A good understanding of computer science and software engineering (being able to write code is not a must). Your salary with Manas Tech will be based on your experience, location, and knowledge.
