This role requires strong attention to the bigger picture as well as attention to the fine details. The Senior Developer Team Member balances cost, quality, and the need to move quickly.What You'll Do:Use requirements from product manager to develop features that clients will loveUse best practices to create great codeConnect with your remote team daily to coordinate activitiesKeep your team in the loop with the latest updates to your tasksAsk questions and make suggestions so we can deliver the best software to our clientsCarefully analyze requirements and test scriptsAssist in planning and scope managementCollaborate with project leadership and team membersIdentify blockers and potential blockers so the team moves quickly and effectivelyTest code locally and participate in weekly code reviewsWho You Are:4+ years working with React Native.2+ Typescript experience.Flexible and responsive to changing requirements.Responsive to stakeholders needs and pain points.Detailed oriented: Ensures that every aspect of the development is of high quality, functional, and aesthetically pleasing, enhancing the usability and security of the final product.Based in Latin America (LATAM) to align with our team's time zone and collaboration needs.Proficient in conversational English (B2 to C1 level)Adaptable: You are quick to adjust to new challenges and changes in project requirements, ensuring seamless transitions.Reliable Communicator: Your proactive and clear communication style ensures that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
