● Identify gaps in processes to improve efficiencies in everyday tasks. ● Creating product offerings for customers using research across competitive websites, customer feedback, and vendors. ● Source new items based on gaps and opportunities identified, and assist in new item set-up. ● Source and develop high-quality copy and imagery to enable customers to make the right purchasing decisions. ● Build feedback channels with customers and vendors that drive improvements in FAQs, descriptions, and imagery. ● Advise and guide our internal teams on naming, training, guiding, and recommending categories and products and serve as a strategic thought partner for the Sr. Category Manager and business leaders across various functions. ● Provide pricing recommendations based on competitive analysis and customer feedback. ● Work with Merchandising stakeholders to identify opportunities for multipack and bundling and execute item set-up. ● Ensure accuracy across the catalog, including SKU, descriptions, imagery, and all other data; provide rapid responses and repair when errors are surfaced. ● Partner with marketing and Sr. Category Manager on item feature selections to drive better quality emails, social posts, PR, and all other customer-facing communications.
