Kognitive Sales Solutions is in partnership with CMI Solar, a leading provider of solar energy solutions. We are looking for experienced Sales Representatives to join our growing team. Our Door-to-Door Traveling Salesperson is responsible for promoting and selling products or services to customers in their homes or businesses. This role requires a lot of in-field time visiting customers in various locations. Compensation: Base pay of $21/hr PLUS commission. Responsibilities: - Obtaining site information and providing custom solar solutions - Identifying potential customers in assigned regions - Developing and maintaining relationships with customers - Demonstrating how products or services meet the needs of customers - Closing sales and achieving sales targets - Providing excellent customer service and support - Keeping up-to-date with industry developments and trends - Managing their own schedules and planning their own routes
