We are a leading company in the construction sector, currently seeking a highly qualified professional to lead our financial, administrative, and auditing operations, ensuring the financial health of our organization. This role is critical for optimizing processes, managing budgets, and conducting analyses that support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Planning and Management Formulate short- and long-term business strategies. 2. Control, Accounting, and Reporting Ensure accurate accounting of all financial transactions. Prepare periodic financial reports (Income statements, cash flow, etc.) for senior management and stakeholders, providing critical financial information for strategic decisions. Coordinate internal and external audits. Provide accounting advisory and manage the implementation of new businesses, projects, and transactions outside the normal course of business. Liaise with external accounting firms. Lead internal and external audit processes (tax/financial). Oversee the monthly and annual closing processes, ensuring the integrity of all balance sheet and income statement accounts. Lead and supervise accounting processes. Verify data in the accounting records from its origin, ensuring accurate recording. Analyze and monitor operational expenses and key performance indicators. Monitor payroll integrity and the aging of receivables from staff. Ensure proper handling of cash transactions (receipts, deposits, transfers) to safeguard resource utilization. 3. Cost Control Establish cost control policies and procedures. Review and approve purchase orders and company expenses (suppliers, projects), conducting budget deviation analyses and proposing cost reduction strategies. Implement and monitor cost control systems for projects. Supervise the administrative management of personnel, including payroll and benefits, ensuring compliance with labor regulations. 4. Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with applicable tax, labor, and legal regulations. Maintain proper financial records and documentation. Manage tax obligations and ensure correct compliance. Handle project-related registration and documentation obligations (e.g., SIROC, Bonds). Report on resource usage and obligations. 5. External Relations Maintain relationships with banks, suppliers, and subcontractors on administrative and financial matters. Manage contracts and agreements with key suppliers, ensuring adherence to appropriate terms. Negotiate financing terms and commercial agreements.
