Enverus is a strategic partner to more than 6,000 customers in 50 countries. We are currently seeking a GTM Enablement Content Manager to join our Sales team. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions to customers in the world’s most dynamic and fastest-growing sector. Our growing go-to-market training team at Enverus is looking for a motivated individual to help lead the direction, creation, maintenance, and storage of our internal enablement content required to effectively train and educate our teams to drive bookings and growth for the organization. This position will be a key stakeholder within the GTM Training & Enablement organization, tasked with identifying and deploying enablement and productivity strategies that will help the business scale and grow. Working alongside the Product Marketing team, the Creative team, the Enablement team, Customer Success and Sales, this individual will have a firm grasp of what internal tools and materials are necessary to be developed or updated to reflect the company’s position in the market while adhering to company branding guidelines. Responsibilities: - Partner in the ownership of the sales enablement knowledge management platform and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need. - Aid in the creation of aesthetically pleasing and engaging learning materials and compelling course content using proprietary sales methodology and company branding. - Work with subject matter experts to identify the target audience’s training needs. - Set instructional end goals and create content that matches them on deadline. - Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product and be able to communicate those plans to proper stakeholders. - Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design. - Create supporting material/media (powerpoints, pdfs, job aids, audio, video, simulations, role-plays, games, etc). - Maintain project documentation and course folders. - Collaborate with high-level stakeholders cross-departmentally to build, maintain, store and best-in-class enablement materials. - Successfully project manage the planning, building, executing, and measuring of initiatives on deadline and to completion.
