In this role, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining a high-performing group of engineers that delivers high-quality digital products to both internal and external users. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teammates to drive product innovation, engineering excellence, and growth for the company. Responsibilities: - Approach your team’s work with an owner’s mindset. - Manage the day-to-day output of your team, providing clarity, proactively removing roadblocks, and providing visibility into the impact your team is delivering. - Own the success of individuals on your team by developing goal-based career paths, offering deep mentorship, and inclusively advocating for your engineers. - Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence across the Engineering team.
