Responsibilities

- The company will pay gross salary, and has a 90 days trial period.
✅ Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
- Education: Computer engineer,
Systems, Organization and Methods, and/or related careers.
- Atlassian management tools experience (Confluence, Jira Software, Jira service management).
- Basic knowledge of database engines (MySQL/ serverless-mysql) and any of the following programming languages: PHP, HTML, JavaScript, React Native, IOS / Android system development methodology.
- Knowledge in Scrum/TDD/IC/Wireframe.
- Basic knowledge of unified software development processes.
- Knowledge of software engineering.
- Proficiency in standards and methodologies for functional and non-functional requirements documentation.
✅ Plus:
- Verifiable knowledge of the Fintech and banking industry.
✅ Responsibilities:
- Know the product and each of its functional and non-functional components.
- Analyze requirements necessary to connect with the client's needs, always keeping in mind the objective of our product.
- Model, classify, prioritize and validate customer requirements for the development team.
- Generate and execute functional use cases based on the particular characteristics of each project and/or product.
- Manage and prioritize the development backlog together with the project manager of the project,
following agile methodologies (specifically Scrum), synchronizing the objectives of each sprint with stakeholders.
- Work in coordination with the support and operations team for SLA compliance.
- Perform functional testing to verify flows requested in the use cases.
- Develop Flow / Sequence diagrams to understand more clearly each of the functional and non-functional requirements of the product.
