You’ll design systems that balance clinician supply, patient demand, and routing efficiency—essentially the logistics backbone of Sprinter’s in-home care delivery model. This is a deeply technical, high-impact role where you’ll work on problems at the intersection of operations research, simulation, and scalable distributed systems.Office LocationWe are a hybrid company based in the Bay Area with offices in both San Francisco and Menlo Park.
