In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, follow-up, and collectionsReconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate recordsAnalyze accounts receivable data and provide regular reports to managementDevelop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding receivablesCollaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and policiesProvide excellent customer service to clients and resolve any billing-related inquiriesStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable managementPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field3–5 years of experience in accounts receivable management, preferably in a remote or virtual environmentProficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applicationsStrong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsExperience in a remote or virtual work environment is preferredAdditional InformationIf you believe you possess the necessary skills and experience, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
