Requirements and responsibilities


🔵 Responsibilities: ◽ Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives. ◽ Onboard new clients onto the GoHighLevel platform, providing comprehensive training and guidance. ◽ Develop customized strategies to optimize client usage of GoHighLevel, driving engagement and adoption. ◽ Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services/products to enhance client satisfaction and achieve revenue targets. ◽ Monitor client performance metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations to ensure their success. ◽ Handle client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner. ◽ Collaborate closely with internal teams to advocate for clients' needs and drive product enhancements based on client feedback.
