Responsibilities & more

The primary responsibilities will include moderating our Meta comments and responding to text messages and emails from our customers. Once acclimated, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to warm and hot leads. We receive about 100 quote requests from our website each day, so you will be responsible for calling them, addressing their questions and concerns, and guiding them through the sales process. This position requires 40 hours per week with bi-weekly pay.
