Requirements and responsibilities

• Drive leadership in the planning, design and implementation of innovative business solutions by defining vision, strategies, and tactics to address market shifts in order to optimize competitive position. • Measure and manage hard (financial) and soft (cultural) transformation metrics and goals. • Play a central role in the company’s executive governance, including setting meeting agendas, and driving follow up actions. • Be a master of execution and project management, holding the team accountable and ensuring that deadlines are met across high-priority, cross-functional projects. • Drive team-wide process for creating and managing investment portfolio and working closely with the finance team to resolve issues as they arise. • Maintain critical relationships with holding-company stakeholders, including finance and investor relations. • Work closely with the HR team to evaluate any organizational gaps and lend a hand with influencing the company culture.
