Requirements and responsibilities


• Support strategic entertainment partnerships for key Wasserman client, driving measureable and sustainable results • Support development of client’s entertainment strategy, including daily thought leadership on industry evolutions and partner news • Facilitate negotiations between the partner and client; and once a sponsorship is established, manage the relationship to ensure the client is fully leveraging all benefits and assets. • Serve as a critical point of contact for clients and partners on entertainment/venue partnerships. • Support development of all strategic deliverables (presentations, memos, etc.) to advise client on recommendations and internal and external client presentations to leadership, partners, etc. • Lead regular client and partner status meetings to keep both parties informed and to receive direction on new and existing projects and initiatives. • Develop and cultivate relationships with clients, partners, ticketing platforms as well as agency teams and third party vendors. • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify KPIs, track key metrics, analyze results and present findings to the client. • Monitor market and competitive intelligence within the ticketing and entertainment landscape. • Intercede when issues arise between partners and programs; working diligently to create solutions. • Understand the landscape for client’s business/sector as well as the industry contexts for their investments. • Maintain a good working relationship with key stakeholders to ensure all parties receive appropriate attention, support, and ensure Wasserman is in lock-step with the client’s plans as it relates to growth and changes. • Build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities. • Use forward thinking initiative to identify the next best strategic opportunities and continue to deliver top results to the client. • Work closely with the account team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of account status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the account.
