Head of People Operations to build the people systems and strategy that will shape CEA's growth for years to come. Owns HR and recruiting, sets the talent strategy, and leads the team responsible for who we hire and what it's like to work here.Requires significant HR/People Operations experience in growing organizations; deep expertise in core HR functions (talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and compliance); experience navigating multi-jurisdiction employment law (US/UK experience strongly preferred); and excellent judgment on sensitive and complex people matters.Note: This is a fully remote role with US/UK experience preferred and multi-country employment via EOR possible.
