Source and recruit licensed therapists, counselors, and behavioral health providers. Conduct screening calls, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate relationships. Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing → screening → placement. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future needs. Work in a fast-paced, target-driven remote environment with US healthcare clients.
