🎯 Position Summary
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enabling effective executive decision-making. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the discretion to manage confidential information. The Executive Assistant acts as a strategic partner to the executive, anticipating needs, managing priorities, and supporting key initiatives.

Administrative & Executive Support
* Manage shared Google calendars, schedule online meetings, and coordinate executive appointments.
* Prepare, edit, and format documents, filings, and correspondence.
* Screen calls, emails, and requests, prioritizing communications and responding on behalf of the executive when appropriate.
* Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval of information.
Project & Operational Support
* Assist with project coordination.
* Track deadlines and ensure timely follow-through on deliverables.
Relationship Management
* Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and internal team members.
* Represent the executive in a professional and polished manner.
Confidentiality & Discretion
* Handle sensitive information with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.
* Exercise sound judgment when managing sensitive communications or high-impact situations.
