✅ Job Description
As the ideal candidate, you have a background as an ERP Finance modules and process consultant, either in an internal or external company role. You are well acquainted with audit and compliance requirements related to Finance controls and change management. You understand how to organize a lean ERP operation, balancing high user satisfaction with the optimization of incident management and operational costs. Structuring, leading, and implementing improvements or projects related to finance modules is familiar to you. You are hands-on when it comes to Oracle Fusion configuration. You are comfortable leading productive discussions with a senior audience and can conceptualize ideas clearly and structure them efficiently in presentations using modern communication tools. You will act as the Functional subject-matter expert for the Oracle Fusion application and report to the Head of Business Solutions.
* Application systems architecture and design, development, implementation, and BAU operations support for Oracle ERP Cloud General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Invoice Processing, Expense Management, Office Procurement, Advanced Access and Control, Reporting, and linkages with systems such as Kyriba Treasury, Payroll, banks, Hyperion, and Fleet or Commercial systems.
* Responsible for Incident Management, Service Request, and Change Management, ensuring all incident tickets are managed and resolved within SLA for the portfolio in scope. Serve as the primary person in charge for Oracle ERP Cloud and its linkages with other systems, including Kyriba.
* Engage actively with users and manage business users and respective IT teams in accordance with agreed corporate IT governance.
* Adhere to IT governance for Demand Management via the Change Control Board, standardized Solutions Delivery Life Cycle and Service Delivery, Enterprise Architecture frameworks, guidelines, standards, policies, and project management standards.
* Regularly review risk exposure related to the portfolio in scope and recommend appropriate control measures to mitigate risk in line with risk management principles, frameworks, and processes.
* Support the conduct of annual internal and external assessments and audits for the portfolio in scope.
✅ Qualifications
* Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
* Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in implementation, management, and operations support of Finance systems, with a minimum of 5 years in Oracle Fusion.
* Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion with hands-on experience in Core Financials and relevant modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Invoice Processing, Expense Management, Office Procurement, Advanced Access and Control, and Reporting.
* Ability to serve as an expert resource in Oracle Fusion Financials and Procurement processes and configuration.
* Hands-on experience supporting an end-user environment, with strong capabilities in solutions and service delivery processes.
* Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work with cross-functional, multi-disciplined teams.
* Well versed in project management methodologies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support a wide range of users.
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, passionate, and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving aptitude.
* Certification in PMP. Certification in ITIL Foundation is a plus.
* Experience with technologies such as SQL, Oracle ERP Cloud OTBI, BIP Reports, and OIC is a plus.
* Knowledge of FBDI, Web ADI, and SOAP and REST integrations is a plus.
