This is a ground floor opportunity with a company that has a proven track record of building successful products. We believe this platform will serve over 2,000 dental practices within the first year, and we're looking for a sales professional who wants to be a core part of that growth story. Responsibilities: - You will be reaching out to dental practices across the country to introduce them to our membership platform. We've already done the hard work of building a prospect database with over 87,000 dental practices, including decision maker emails, office manager contacts, and staff information. You'll have qualified leads from day one. - A key part of this role involves connecting with dental consultants, coaches, and industry influencers who already have relationships with dental practices. You'll help build out our affiliate program, recruiting partners who can refer practices to our platform in exchange for recurring commissions. - Because this is a new product, you'll have real input into how we shape and improve the platform. The feedback you gather from conversations with dental offices will directly influence our roadmap. We believe in building something our customers genuinely love, and your voice matters in that process. - Once a practice signs up, you'll help ensure they have a smooth onboarding experience and serve as their point of contact. Happy customers lead to referrals, and we want every practice to become an advocate for our platform. Qualifications: - You understand how dental practices operate. You know that the office manager is often the real decision maker for software purchases. You've worked with dentists before, whether in sales, consulting, or another capacity, and you understand their pain points around insurance, patient retention, and revenue. - If you already have connections in the dental industry, whether that's relationships with practice owners, office managers, dental consultants, or DSO leadership, that's a significant advantage. We want someone who can leverage their network from day one. - This is a remote position with a new product. You need to be comfortable working independently, managing your own pipeline, and figuring things out as you go. We'll give you the tools and support, but you need to bring the drive. - You can explain complex software simply. You're comfortable on the phone, over email, and on video calls. You can handle objections and turn skeptics into believers. - You're not pushy. You listen to what practices actually need and help them understand how our platform solves their problems. You build trust first, and sales follow.
