Job DescriptionCome join Bone Dry Roofing as a Roofing Repair Technician. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of our roofing division where your problem-solving skills and attention to detail will make a significant impact. Work truck, fuel, and phone will be provided by Bone Dry Roofing. We are willing to train!Duties and ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibility is to represent Bone Dry Roofing, Inc with the highest degree of professionalism, punctuality, and integrity while providing our customers with respect, honesty, and the highest level of customer service.Perform necessary repairs for homeowners as described in the scope of work. Scope of work can include, but is not limited to roofing, gutters, and siding.Be the main point of contact for the customer during the project.Estimate materials and labor required to complete projects.Communicate with homeowners before, during, and after projects.Be on call for after-hours emergency calls if on rotation.Prepare and collect invoices once the job is complete.Look for other necessary repairs, i.e., gutters, windows, etc.Follow all safety procedures.This position is required to work two Saturdays per month during peak season (March-November).QualificationsValid driver's licensePass a background checkMust be able to lift 50 lbs.Must be able to climb a ladder safely and work at elevated heights on roofs and inspect atticsMilitary service is a plusCompensation & BenefitsHourly pay range $18- $30 commensurate with experience and commission options availableMedical, Vision, and Dental InsuranceCompany paid Life InsuranceCompany-paid short-term disability401(k) PlanWork truck and fuel provided for company use
