We believe in changing the way jobs are being presented in Singapore, and we offer our services free of charge.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Singapore and Malaysia. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies, identifying potential clients and partnerships, building and maintaining long-term relationships, conducting market research, and creating sales reports and forecasts. The Business Development Manager will need to be proficient in marketing the business - plans detailing the business strategy, road map, meetings, and marketing collateralsQualificationsSales and business development skillsAbility to develop and implement growth strategiesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to build and maintain long-term relationshipsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to conduct market research and analyze dataExperience managing a sales teamAbility to create detailed sales reports and forecastsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldExperience in the recruitment or staffing industry is a plusWilling to travel to Malaysia once a monthBe familiar with Business Networking International ( BNI )Ability to generate Sales and Business Lead for SME who is keen to hireIf you are interested in this role and meet the qualifications, Salary range ($4500 to $5500 per month).
