⚡️The Role
We’re looking for our first SDR—a hungry, gritty, and fearless *door-opener* who will build the foundation of our outbound sales engine. You’ll be the first touchpoint for some of the most exciting brands in the world, owning top-of-funnel outreach, generating pipeline, and setting the tone for Ground’s next chapter of growth.
You’ll report directly to the founders and work side-by-side with AEs and our growth team to create and close opportunities. You’ll experiment with messaging, craft outreach strategies, and develop into a world-class closer.

🧠 What You’ll Do
- Prospect and engage potential brand leads via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls
- Craft smart, compelling outreach that resonates with founders, marketers, and ecommerce operators
- Work hand-in-hand with AEs to generate qualified meetings and build pipeline
- Constantly test and refine messaging, channels, and cadences
- Own and exceed KPIs around emails sent, calls made, meetings booked
- Work in HubSpot (CRM) and sales enablement tools to manage lead flow and follow-up
- Help build outbound systems from scratch — nothing is set in stone yet
- Be the first impression of Ground for many high-growth brands

✅ Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in cold calling, door-to-door sales, Cutco-style sales, or recruiting
- Backgrounds in athletics, military, retail, hospitality, or teaching
- Previous SDR or BDR experience at a SaaS or startup
- Familiarity with Klaviyo, Shopify, or DTC brand marketing
- Outbound writing samples or copy you’ve created (email scripts, LinkedIn DMs, etc.)
