With a global team and learners across the world, we’re expanding our reach — and our LATAM presence is a key part of that growth.The RoleWe’re looking for a detail-oriented, bilingual Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our marketing team on a 6-month contract basis, with the option to renew based on performance and business needs.Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll be the operational backbone of our marketing function — keeping assets organized, events running smoothly, projects on track, and our LATAM expansion well-supported. This is a mid-level individual contributor role that sits at the intersection of project coordination, content operations, and cross-functional communication.This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who wants broad exposure across operations, content, and events — and who is ready to own a wide remit from day one.What You’ll DoTranslate marketing assets — including graphics, video, website content, and sales collateral — between Spanish and English to support LATAM market expansionOwn event logistics end-to-end, from pre-production planning through post-event reporting, across conferences, podcast-style recordings, and moreManage and organize content assets across campaigns, sales materials, and brand collateralProvide marketing administrative support including scheduling, internal communications, and document managementPublish weekly status reports on Jira ticket updates and cross-departmental project progress across marketing, product, and growthSupport ongoing campaign operations and assist with performance reporting and dashboard updatesCoordinate communications with vendors and freelancers supporting outsourced production workWhat We’re Looking ForFull professional fluency in both Spanish and English, written and spoken, is required1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, or a similar roleStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyComfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, remote environmentExperience with project management tools (Jira or similar)A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset — you flag issues early and follow throughNice to HaveExperience working in a B2B or SaaS marketing environmentExperience supporting LATAM marketing efforts or working with Latin American marketsBackground in content production, event coordination, or creative operationsFamiliarity with marketing performance reporting or dashboardsCompensation & Contract DetailsThis is a 6-month contractor engagement with the option to renew based on performance and business needs. Compensation is $2,200–$2,500 USD/month, paid via Deel. Candidates must be comfortable working as independent contractors.
