Key Responsibilities:
* Sweep, mop, scrub, strip, wax, and polish floors using industrial floor machines.
* Vacuum and shampoo carpets in offices, classrooms, halls, and public areas.
* Clean and disinfect restrooms, showers, locker rooms, and other common areas.
* Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, doors, whiteboards, and other surfaces.
* Wash windows, window sills, walls, blinds, ceiling lights, and HVAC vents.
* Move and set up furniture and equipment for campus events and external rentals.
* Collect, replace, and dispose of trash and recycling materials.
* Maintain, adjust, and repair custodial equipment including vacuums, scrubbers, and carpet machines.
* Report maintenance or repair needs; perform minor unclogging of sinks, toilets, and drains.
* Remove snow from steps, entrances, and walkways; apply anti-skid materials as needed.
* Receive and unload delivery trucks.
* Follow campus safety protocols and all institutional policies.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
* High school diploma or GED required.
* Two years of experience in custodial or applied trade work preferred.
