Ideal Candidates Are: ✔ Fluent in English (spoken & written) ✔ Comfortable speaking on the phone ✔ Articulate, warm, and confident ✔ Detail-oriented and organized ✔ Hungry to grow and earn more ✔ Able to work U.S. hours or partial overlap ✔ Comfortable with sourcing, messaging, and screening ✔ Coachable and open to training ✔ Loyal, consistent, and professional This role is for someone who wants to elevate their career, not just complete tasks. ⭐ What You Will Do • Source high-quality candidates for U.S.-based leadership roles • Conduct initial screening calls • Prepare candidate summaries for U.S. clients • Support the recruiting pipeline with accuracy and speed • Participate in training sessions and skill development • Grow into more responsibility as performance increases This is not a call center role.
