If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy strengthening client relationships, this could be the perfect fit.About the RoleAs a Licensed Customer Service Representative – P&C, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for insured members, providing high-quality inbound service while protecting and strengthening client relationships.You’ll handle routine inquiries, process policy updates, resolve billing and coverage questions, and ensure accurate documentation within insurance provider systems and workflows.
