Responsibilities
5+ years of project management experience (ERP preferred). Full-cycle Odoo implementations managed independently. Strong understanding of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies. PMP certification (preferred) or Scrum certification (CSM / PSM). Experience with project tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, etc.). Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
