If your experience is primarily hands-on platform work without leading client engagements or advising stakeholders, this likely isn’t the right fit.What you’ll doOne day you might be designing identity resolution strategies, the next activating audiences across channels to drive real business outcomes.Lead CDP client engagements end-to-end, from defining strategy and solution approach to designing, implementing, and activating CDP solutionsGuide clients on data governance, privacy, and CDP best practices, while shaping roadmaps for scaling personalization and activation capabilitiesDefine solution approaches and scopes of work, managing delivery to align with client expectations, timelines, and outcomesMaintain high-quality delivery by reviewing work, resolving issues, and mentoring team members on CDP best practicesEnable client teams and strengthen internal practices through reusable frameworks, QA processes, and trainingStay current on CDP trends and share insights through thought leadership, knowledge sharing, and client-facing contributionsWhat you bring to the tableThis role is for someone who brings both deep CDP expertise and real consulting experience. You’re comfortable owning work end-to-end and moving between strategy and execution.Hands-on experience with Adobe Real-Time CDP, including building audiences and activating customer data5+ years working with CDPs in a consulting, agency, or client-facing environmentStrong understanding of audience strategy and activation, with the ability to translate business needs into effective CDP solutionsAbility to communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders, and build trust with client teams. Because of the nature of our work and client commitments, this is not a fit for digital nomads.You Will Work WithThis role involves working closely with our Chief AI Officer, Consulting Leaders, Consultants, Project Managers, Growth team members and other subject matter experts.Compensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 USD annually DOEWe offer a competitive salary based on experience and a supportive, challenging, and fun work environment to ensure teamwork, productivity, and teammate happiness.
