Responsibilities

We’re hiring a remote Full-Stack Engineer to help build DrSwarm: AI agents that run clinic operations, starting with scheduling, staff workflows, and patient communication for ambulatory clinics and small health systems. You will own end-to-end features, from product and UI in a modern web application to backend APIs, data models, integrations, and production deployment. You will ship quickly, safely, and with high quality. You should be strong in JavaScript/TypeScript with React and Next.js, as well as Python using Django or FastAPI. You should be comfortable working with Postgres, Redis, and background jobs or queues, and able to operate in Dockerized environments with real CI/CD. You will collaborate directly with the founder to translate complex, real-world clinic requirements into clean implementations. You will write tests and documentation, and help improve reliability and observability as the platform scales. Bonus points include experience with healthcare workflows, HIPAA and security best practices, and integrations with external systems such as EHRs, calendars, messaging, and telephony.
