We enable manufacturing companies to connect their processes, their people, and their platforms to drive frontline digital transformation.About The Role:We are seeking a motivated Mid-Market Account Executive to join our expanding sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective small to mid-sized business customers, demonstrating the value of Dozuki’s solution, and converting leads into loyal clients. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, skilled at consultative selling, and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.What You'll Be Doing:Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify, reach out to, and qualify SMB prospects through calls, emails, and social media channels.Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct product demos and presentations, both online and in person, showcasing Dozuki’s capabilities and ROI.Pipeline Management: Manage and track prospect interactions through our CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear pipeline visibility.Relationship Building: Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to nurture prospects and build strong, long-term client relationships.Quota Attainment: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.Market Feedback: Gather and communicate market insights and customer feedback to inform product roadmap and sales strategy.About You:A notorious self-starter: you are willing to jump into a project and get to work, doing the research and asking the right questions to achieve your goals.Collaborative: you are an excellent team player and understand how your strengths can be leveraged to achieve aggressive revenue targets.Organized: you are comfortable wearing multiple hats in a dynamic environment and able to manage your time to work on multiple projects without feeling overwhelmed.Motivated to make an impact: you are eager to jump in and get to work on a small team, celebrating our shared successes along the way.A strategic thinker: you are able to craft overarching strategies with others in order to develop scalable programs and consider long-term impacts.Driven to solve problems: you are curious and proactive in your approach to resolving ambiguous problems with data and processes.Required Skills:Experience: 2+ years of SMB/Mid-Market sales experience in a SaaS environment.Sales Skills: Demonstrated success in quota attainment, consultative selling, and pipeline management.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable leading product demos and negotiations with executives and decision-makers.Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn and effectively communicate complex software solutions.Collaboration: Team player who excels at working with dispersed remote teams and cross-departmental collaboration and shares knowledge willingly.CRM Proficiency: Proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.Preferred Skills:Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Familiarity with manufacturing, service, or documentation software solutions strongly preferred.Proven track record of closing deals in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company.Perks and Benefits (The Good Stuff!):OTE $160,000- $180,000/year on a 50/50 splitMedical, Dental, and Vision plansRemote-Friendly WorkplaceGenerous PTO Including Time Off for VolunteeringPet Benefit PlanFlexible Spending Accounts for Healthcare and Dependent Care401K With MatchingRemote Workplace Stipend for Remote EmployeesGenerous Parental Leave Policy
