Requirements and responsibilities

Responsibilities Operations & cloud infrastructure * Oversee daily hub operations, including space, equipment, safety, and compliance. * Manage vendor contracts, building services, and lease agreements. * Design and implement systems that streamline how the node operates. * Manage scalable GPU infrastructure and related technical projects with reliable compute. Community & culture * Serve as the primary point of contact for fellows, grantees, and partners. * Create a welcoming, high-energy environment. * Actively connect people and projects to foster collaboration. * Onboard and integrate new members into the community. Programs & events * Plan and execute events, workshops, and programs with the team and CEO. * Host salons, workshops, and other gatherings that activate the space. * Keep programming on schedule, on budget, and impactful. Partnerships & coordination * Cultivate relationships with funders, partners, and local networks. * Share outcomes and updates from the hub with the broader Foresight team. * Coordinate with other Foresight nodes to exchange resources and ideas.
