We are hiring a RN, Trauma Program Manager in Modesto, CA, for a full-service healthcare facility dedicated to delivering excellent medical care to the community. The multidisciplinary team includes physicians and healthcare professionals specializing in cardiac, neonatal intensive care, stroke, and trauma treatment. The Trauma Program Manager reports to the Associate Administrator and is responsible for promoting optimal care within the facility. Key responsibilities include clinical practice, maintaining the trauma registry and Quality Improvement reports, developing educational programs for personnel involved in trauma care, monitoring patient clinical progress, and managing day-to-day operations of trauma services. The role also involves staffing, budgeting, planning, leadership, and quality improvement initiatives within the department. Position Qualifications: * Minimum Education: BSN preferred. * Experience: 3–5 years in Emergency or Critical Care preferred. * Licenses/Certifications: California RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, ENPC (within 6 months of hire), TNCC (within 6 months of hire; Instructor preferred). Physical Demands: * Prolonged or extensive sitting. * Lift/position up to 25 lbs. * Push/pull up to 25 lbs. * Reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, manual dexterity, mobility, and ability to move quickly. Working Conditions: * Exposure to contagious and blood-borne diseases. * Irregular hours and emergency situations. * Occasional exposure to radiation hazards and biohazards. Compensation: * Base Salary: USD $145,000 to $205,920. * Full-time with full benefits, relocation assistance available.
