Requirements and responsibilities


This position requires you to be located in Costa Rica and includes support on re-localization to the country and visa sponsorship for extraordinary profiles. The Digital Media Planner will be responsible for planning, optimizing, and executing digital media plans. The ideal candidate must be able to manage day-to-day planning and analysis while maintaining strong relationships with partner agencies. ✨You are expected to easily understand and produce all written and spoken forms of English. ✨ Assisting digital media strategy development for top-tier clients. ✨You are expected to understand and produce articles or reports, clear speeches, and regular meetings in Spanish. ✨ Managing the day-to-day operation and relationship with the onshore team. ✨ Managing campaign authorizations, budgets, and reconciliation process. ✨ Interacting daily and maintaining rapport with digital media publishers. ✨ Analyzing research data and media/marketing information; sharing information with clients. ✨ Monitoring and assessing ongoing campaign performance; assisting in strategic analysis of campaigns. Qualifications ✨Bachelor’s degree related to Advertising, Marketing, or Economics, or a minimum of 1 year of experience working in digital planning (display) ✨ Basic Knowledge of digital planning tools: MS Office, ComScore, Kantar, Nielsen. ✨ Able to express oneself clearly and concisely in oral communications. ✨ Writes in a clear, compelling, and concise manner. ✨ Organizes ideas and information logically and sequentially. ✨ You have top-notch communication skills (written and verbal). ✨ You have experience developing and presenting your thoughts and ideas ✨ You think critically, analyze everything, and look for unconventional solutions to problems ✨ You thrive on a team, can meet tight deadlines, and are comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
