• Lead a high-performance team and ensure high-quality code and efficient workflows. • Collaborate with senior management regarding all technical decisions and improvements to ensure alignment about engineering challenges and opportunities. • Regularly communicate with the team members at the client’s side, participate in status meetings, design sessions, and brainstorming. • Provide estimation and reporting of assigned tasks. • Co-ordinate with customer and team members in achieving delivery targets. • Design and Development in Java, Spring boot, and Micro services,(REST), MQTT, Jenkins Experience in Databases like MySQL. • Should have good communication skills. • Analyses & Isolate the code enhancement required to meet compliance & regulatory requirements.
