We are hiring a Product Manager to help manage, expand and oversee our rapidly growing portfolio of federal contracts.What you'll be doing:The ideal candidate will be working collaboratively with management, engineering, and operations teams to oversee the design, creation, and seamless delivery of various products for our federal clients. This delivery-focused Product role will focus primarily on ensuring their products solve the client’s big problems.What you’ll bring:Proven experience as a Product Manager (ideally in federal, health IT, or large-scale enterprise systems).Strong skills in backlog management, prioritization, and agile delivery.Ability to engage with end users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to shape solutions.Familiarity with VA systems, benefits processes, or government service delivery is a strong plus.Proven experience facilitating agile ceremonies (e.g. daily stand up, sprint planning, sprint demo, retro, etc) and coordinating product releasesExcellent communication skills with a focus on clarity, collaboration, and outcomes.Commitment to improving Veteran services through modern, user-centered technology.A consultant mindset that keeps the needs of the client and users at the forefront of all decisions.Experience working in Agile development environments.Performs other related duties as assigned.Requirements: Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
