In this field-based role, you will work directly with dealership service departments to improve performance, strengthen customer retention strategies, provide training and coaching, and help dealerships maximize the value of APCO's programs and services.What You'll DoDealer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with dealership leadership, service managers, advisors, and staffServe as a trusted resource and consultant for dealership fixed operations teamsDevelop retention strategies that strengthen existing dealer partnerships and support revenue growthIdentify opportunities to improve dealership performance and customer experienceTraining & Performance CoachingConduct one-on-one development sessions with service personnel and leadershipSupport dealerships in implementing effective customer retention and service lane processesReinforce performance expectations and operational best practices through ongoing coaching and follow-upCompliance & Operational SupportProvide guidance and support related to APCO products, processes, and service center operationsCommunicate effectively with dealership personnel to execute initiatives and drive resultsTerritory ManagementTravel regularly to dealerships to provide onsite support, coaching, and consultationPrioritize activities and manage schedules independently to maximize effectivenessTrack activity, opportunities, and dealer engagement to support retention and growth objectivesWhat Makes You SuccessfulYou thrive on building relationships and influencing outcomes.
