Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer – Java / Python / Full Stack to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing scalable software applications using Java, Python, and modern full-stack technologies.

Candidates with strong experience in Java, Python, Spring Boot, REST APIs, React, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, and cloud technologies are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications.
Develop backend services and APIs using Java and/or Python.
Build responsive and user-friendly web applications using modern frontend technologies.
Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
Work with relational and NoSQL databases.
Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested code.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to software architecture decisions.
Troubleshoot application issues and improve system performance.
Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and other developers.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Implement unit, integration, and automated tests.
Work with CI/CD pipelines and modern software development practices.
Deploy and maintain applications in cloud environments.
Document technical designs, APIs, and development processes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
1–6 years of software development experience.
Strong programming experience with Java and/or Python.
Experience developing REST APIs and backend services.
Understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles.
Experience with SQL and relational databases.
Familiarity with Git and version-control systems.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative development environment.

Compensation
$60–$85/hour, depending on experience, technical skills, location, and overall qualifications.
For highly experienced candidates with strong Java/Python, Full Stack, Cloud, and Microservices expertise, compensation may be adjusted based on the candidate's qualifications and project requirements.
