By securing humans and agents, KnowBe4 leads the industry in workforce trust and defense.Remote positions open in the US office only.The Global Treasury Director manages tax accounting functions and Treasury for US-based multinational companies.Responsibilities:Direct supervision of global tax compliance and provision processesCoordinate and manage quarterly and year-end global tax provision completed by outsourced teamManage Federal and State tax return filings, including income, sales & use, and property taxesR&D tax creditsTransfer pricingInternational tax strategyUS and International Tax provisionsManage global treasury teamProvide genuine recommendations as to the hiring, firing, promotion, and discipline of subordinate employees to which the Company gives significant weightMinimum Qualifications:BS in AccountingMinimum 10 years in public accounting/tax, including US federal and state tax compliance.Prepare all tax information required for SEC reporting, tax return filings, audits, estimated tax payments, projection of tax cash and tax forecast modeling, etc.International tax experience requiredExperience with MS Office (Word and Excel)Experience with tax provision, compliance and research softwareCPA strongly preferredStrong verbal and written communicationsExcellent time management and organization skillsAbility to multitask in high-energy, dynamic organizationThe base pay for this position is up to $275,000, which will vary depending on how well an applicant's skills and experience align with the job description listed above.Application deadline: 7/26/2026.  This is our good-faith estimate of the date the application window is anticipated to close.
